    [摘要]目的：探討不同移植体在鼻尖整形手术中的应用效果，并分析术后并发症情况。方法：选取2019年3月-2020年3月在笔者医院行鼻尖整形的患者129例。按随机数字法和患者意愿分为膨体聚四氟乙烯(e-PTFE)组、e-PTFE+耳软骨组、e-PTFE+肋软骨组3组，各43例。比较三组临床资料、手术情况、临床效果、手术满意度及并发症情况。结果：三组患者基本资料、手术时间及愈合时间比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。e-PTFE+耳软骨组、e-PTFE+肋软骨组鼻尖高度、鼻长度、鼻尖突出度均高于e-PTFE组，且e-PTFE+肋软骨组高于e-PTFE+耳软骨组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05). The nasal tip height， nose length， nasal tip protrusion degree in the e-PTFE+ear cartilage group and the e-PTFE+costal cartilage group were higher than that in the e-PTFE group， and the e-PTFE+costal cartilage group was higher than that in the e-PTFE+ear cartilage group， and the difference were all statistically significant (P0.05) ......
