    [摘要]多糖是一类由单糖通过糖苷键连接而成的生物大分子。多糖具有高吸水性、易于成膜以及与肌肤接触的舒适感等物理特性和免疫调节、抗炎、抗氧化等生物活性，具有保湿、促进创伤愈合、治疗特应性皮炎、防紫外线损伤、治疗痤疮、延缓衰老、美白及皮肤屏障损伤修复功能，在皮肤领域具有极大的开发潜力和应用价值。
