    [摘要]目的：探讨高频电刀对不同类型头面部皮肤肿物的美容修复效果。方法：采用1411型高频电刀对131例面部皮肤肿物患者进行治疗，根据疾病特点适当调整治疗的深度、手法，对治疗效果进行统计分析。结果：治愈率由高到低依次为皮内痣>角化棘皮瘤>囊肿>血管瘤>钙化上皮瘤，差异均有统计学意义(Pkeratoacanthoma>cyst>hemangioma>calcified epithelioma， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Postoperative complications occurred at 6 patients (4.58%)， of which 2 cases were infected in postoperation， 3 cases were scar hyperplasia， one case was pigmented. The total satisfactory rate was 98.47%(129/131). Conclusion? The therapeutic effect of facial epidermal masses was better than dermal masses. According to the characteristics of facial skin tumor treatment was able to improve the effect of cosmetic treatment.
