    [摘要]目的：探究重瞼成形术联合泪腺复位术矫治眼睑松弛症美容效果以及预后情况。方法：对2017年1月-2020年6月笔者医院收治的80例眼睑松弛症患者相关资料进行回顾性分析，依据患者治疗术式分为两组，将接受重睑成形术患者归为对照组(n=37)，将接受重睑成形术联合泪腺复位术患者归为联合组(n=43)。比较两组患者治疗效果，住院时间与眼部外观恢复正常时间，手术前后美容效果，术后瘢痕及并发症情况。结果：联合组总有效率(90.70%)显著高于对照组(72.97%)，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：眼睑松弛症患者应用重睑成形术联合泪腺复位术治疗效果较好，美容效果优异。
