    [摘要]目的：探讨精准脉冲光(DPL)联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果。方法：选取2018年4月-2020年4月于笔者医院就诊的90例Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组采用甲硝唑凝胶外用治疗，观察組则采用DPL联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗，两组均于治疗6周后评价临床疗效。比较两组干预前后皮损症状积分、临床疗效、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表评分变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后组间比较，观察组红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹、脓疱、瘙痒症状积分及总分均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论：DPL联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效确切，有助于改善皮损症状，提高患者生活质量水平，且安全性较好。
