    [摘要]随着人们生活水平和对于外表美追求的提高，解决年龄增长和外界环境因素导致的皮肤色素性病变、光老化等皮肤问题逐渐成为近些年来整形外科领域研究的热点。皮秒激光最初应用于文身的去除，发展至今也逐渐被应用于皮肤色素性疾病、光老化等皮肤问题的治疗。本文就其在治疗损容性皮肤病方面的疗效与安全性作一综述，并对其未来的研究应用进行展望。
