    [摘要]目的：探讨A型肉毒毒素局部注射联合放射治疗在瘢痕疙瘩手术治疗中的应用效果。方法：自2017年6月-2019年12月，采用手术切除术后局部注射A型肉毒毒素联合放射治疗的方法共治疗瘢痕疙瘩患者16例，总结术前瘢痕疙瘩病史和特征，评估术后效果及并发症情况并进行分析。结果：入组患者瘢痕疙瘩均得到良好治疗，术后随访提示切口瘢痕不明显，未见瘢痕疙瘩复发。结论：A型肉毒毒素可以辅助瘢痕疙瘩切除术后局部放射治疗来降低瘢痕疙瘩复发率，减轻切口瘢痕增生。
