    [摘要]自体脂肪移植是指对自体脂肪组织进行抽吸、分离等技术处理后注射到自体需要部位的整形技术。自体脂肪移植技术在脂肪获取、处理及移植方法等领域不断发展，其在乳房整形领域的应用也随之拓展。目前，自体脂肪移植已经从早期小乳症矫正发展至假体隆乳形态不良修复、乳腺癌术后乳房重建或形态不良整复、Poland综合征矫正、乳头内陷治疗、乳腺癌术后并发症防治及乳房下垂纠正等多个领域。本文主要对自体脂肪移植技术在乳房整形领域的具体应用进行回顾，重点叙述了自体脂肪移植技术在乳房整形领域的技术进展，以期为临床医生在乳房整形领域应用自体脂肪移植技术提供更为合理有效的治疗建议。
