    [摘要]唇裂是一种常见的先天性发育缺陷。早期唇裂修复术后会导致继发畸形的产生，对患者的面部美观、功能和心理健康造成不良影响。因此，需引起口腔颌面外科医生的高度重视。二期唇裂的整复所采用的方法有所差异，且整复方法尚无统一的治疗标准。本文主要针对于唇裂术后继发唇部畸形的目前治疗进展，尤其是非手术治疗在唇裂术后继发唇部畸形的应用进展做一综述。

    Abstract： Cleft lip is a commonly occurring congenital development defect. Primary cleft lip repair leads to cleft scar formation.
