    [摘要]耳廓重建主要是为了治疗先天性小耳畸形、外伤等造成的耳廓畸形或缺损，由于耳廓独特的形态与精细的生理结构，使得耳廓重建一直都是临床极具挑战性的治疗手段之一。自体肋软骨移植与人工支架置入是耳廓重建的常见方法，而软骨组织工程的出现，给耳廓重建带来了新的发展。其中选择合适性能的支架材料是研究热点之一，本文拟结合国内外研究进展，对耳廓重建的三种类型、不同软骨组织工程支架的特点以及耳廓支架面临的挑战与3D打印应用等内容综述如下。
