    [摘要]目的：探討米诺环素软膏辅助根管治疗术治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床疗效。方法：选择2019年1月-2020年5月笔者医院收治的102例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分对照组(常规根管治疗术)和观察组(米诺环素软膏联合辅助根管治疗术)，每组51例。比较两组患者治疗效果，观察两组治疗前后牙周改善情况，记录并比较两组治疗前后X线检查指标变化及不良反应情况。结果：对照组总有效率80.39%，观察组总有效率94.11%，对照组无效10例，观察组无效3例，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：米诺环素软膏辅助根管治疗术治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变临床效果较好，患者牙周状况改善明显，且不会增加相关不良反应发生率。
