    [摘要]安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形在青少年中患病率较高，临床上常表现为上颌前凸，下颌后缩的凸面型侧貌，对青少年颜面部美观、功能以及心理健康造成了严重影响，患者常迫切希望通过正畸改善面部侧貌。而在正畸治疗过程中安氏Ⅱ类1分类青少年的面部软组织侧貌变化影响因素较多，矫治方法、年龄、性别，面部硬组织变化以及自身软组织因素等均会影响矫治后面部软组织侧貌变化，本文就这些因素作一综述，以期为正畸医生在临床中对安氏Ⅱ类1分类青少年患者的面部软组织侧貌的预测和改善提供参考。
