    [摘要]目的：观察聚桂醇局部注射联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效及其美学评价。方法：选取2016年8月-2019年9月笔者医院收治的68例血管瘤患儿作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组，各34例。对照组给予普萘洛尔口服治疗，实验组给予聚桂醇局部注射联合普萘洛尔治疗，记录并对比两组患儿的临床疗效，治疗时间，美学评分及不良反应情况。结果：实验组治愈率为94.12%明显高于对照组治愈率64.71%(P<0.05);实验组的治疗时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组美学评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应情况均不明显。结论：聚桂醇局部注射联合普萘洛尔口服治疗IH的临床效果佳，能够提高美观度，缩短治疗时间。
