    [摘要]目的：探讨应用Twin-Block(TB)矫治下颌后缩伴上牙弓狭窄的安氏Ⅱ类1分类的青少年患者前后上气道矢状向宽度及舌骨位置的变化。方法：选择符合标准的青少年患者22例，使用TB矫治10～12个月，比较矫治前后上气道矢状向宽度与舌骨位置的变化。结果：与矫治前相比，矫治后患者的软腭后-软腭后咽壁距(SPP-SPPW)、悬雍垂尖-中咽壁距(U-MPW)、后气道间隙(PAS，TB-TPPW)和会厌谷-下咽壁距(V-LPW)明显增加，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舌骨-颏后点距(H-RGn)增加、舌骨-眶下点的水平距[H-Or(hor)]减小，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：使用TB治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类的青少年患者时，在口咽部及喉咽部矢状向气道可发生显著扩张，舌骨可有明显前移。
