    [摘要]目的：探討数字微笑设计(Digital smile design，DSD)指导下前牙瓷贴面美学修复的应用效果。方法：选取2016年3月-2020年3月于笔者医院行前牙修复的82例患者为研究对象。所有患者均在DSD指导下进行前牙瓷贴面美学修复，记录其修复后的有效性、并发症、满意度及生活质量情况。结果：修复后，所有患者中完整性A级173颗(100.00%)，颜色协调度A级171颗(98.84%)，边缘密合性A级172颗(99.42%)，牙敏感症状A级173颗(100.00%)，牙龈健康状况A级168颗(97.11%);所有患者中出现贴片变形0颗(0.00%)，贴片变色2颗(1.16%)，佩戴不适应5颗(2.89%)，牙龈炎2颗(1.16%)，并发症总发生率为5.20%;所有患者中外形总满意度为98.27%，牙齿颜色总满意度为97.11%，微笑效果总满意度为99.42%，与邻牙协调度总满意度为98.84%，牙功能总满意度为99.42%，舒适度总满意度为96.53%。修复后，患者心理功能、健康状况、社会功能、情感职能等各项生活质量评分均高于修复前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：DSD指导下前牙瓷贴面美学修复具有良好的修复效果，其并发症少，患者满意度高，且能提升其生活质量。
