视频模式健康教育对唇腭裂患儿及家属心理状况的影响探索

胡佳骅 屠轶华 陆亭宇 周叶 卞薇薇[摘要]目的:探討视频模式健康教育对唇腭裂患儿及家属心理状况的影响。方法:将2019年10月-2020年6月于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院收治的96例唇腭裂患儿随机分为常规组(48例)和视频组(48例)。常规组在常规护理基础上给予常规健康教育,视频组给予视频健康教育。比较两组患儿家属干预前后心理状态和干预后家属健康知识知晓情况、患儿心理健康情况、并发症发生情况和满意度。结果:干预前两组患儿家属焦虑自评量表评分(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表评分(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但干预后SAS评分和SDS评分较干预前均明显降低,且视频组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组相比,视频组患儿家属健康知识知晓率、患儿心理健康率和护理满意度均明显升高,而术后并发症发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视频模式健康教育可有效促进唇腭裂患儿家属健康知识的掌握能力,缓解家属不良情绪,改善患儿心理状况,减少并发症,提高满意度。
