    [摘要]目的：分析延续性护理对手烧伤患者修复术后手部功能及康复质量的影响。方法：选择笔者医院2019年1月-2021年5月收治的80例手烧伤患者作为研究对象，依据不同护理方法均分为两组，对照组40例患者进行常规护理干预，观察组40例患者在此基础上采取延续性护理干预。比较两组手部活动度、手部功能评分及满意度。结果：干预后，两组腕关节背伸活动度、食指与拇指对捏次数、简明烧伤健康量表(Burn specific health scale-brief，BSHS-A)评分、日常生活活动能力Barthel指数(Barthel index，BI)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment，FMA)评分均明显升高，且观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度(95.00%)显著高于对照组(80.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：延续性护理干预可以保证患者手部活动能力恢复，改善患者康复质量，提高患者满意度。
