    [摘要]锌是人体必需的微量元素之一，对于维持皮肤健康有重要作用。有研究发现损容性皮肤疾病如痤疮、玫瑰痤疮、黄褐斑、白癜风、扁平疣、脂溢性角化、基底细胞癌等与锌缺乏有关，补锌治疗可缓解上述疾病，但部分结论存在争议。本文就锌在损容性皮肤病中的应用及相关机制进行综述，以期为临床应用提供参考。

    Application of Zinc in Discosmetic Dermatosis

    Abstract： Zinc is one of the essential trace elements for the human body， it plays an important role in maintaining skin health.It has been discovered that discosmetic dermatosis such as acne， rosacea， melasma， vitiligo， verruca plana， seborrheic dermatitis， basal cell carcinoma are related to zinc deficiency. These diseases may be mitigated by zinc therapy， but some conclusions are controversial. In order to provide references for clinical applications， the application of zinc in facial discosmetic dermatosis and related mechanisms were summarized in this paper.
