    [摘要]牙根吸收是正畸治疗中常见且难以预料的并发症。牙根吸收既影响牙齿的稳定和功能，又会影响原本良好的矫治结果。随着医疗技术的提高和材料学的发展，治疗牙根吸收的技术越来越多。近年来，临床广泛应用的治疗方法包括激光、超声、机械振动、药物以及基因治疗等。本文就正畸源性牙根吸收治疗的研究进展予以综述，以期为临床工作提供參考。

    Abstract： Root resorption is a common and unpredictable complication in orthodontic treatment. Root resorption not only affects the stability and function of the teeth， but also affects the original good treatment results. With the improvement of medical technology and the development of materials science， there are more and more techniques for treating root resorption. In recent years， treatment methods that have been widely used in clinical practice include laser， ultrasound， mechanical vibration， drugs， and gene therapy.
