    [摘要]脱发是皮肤科的常见疾病，主要根源为雄激素、压力、环境、代谢、年龄和营养等，其中雄激素性秃发、斑秃和休止期脱发发病率最高。治疗方法主要包括抗雄治疗、糖皮质激素和免疫调节剂。近些年，营养补剂在脱发疾病治疗中的作用受到日益关注，尝试将其作为一种新的辅助治疗手段。营养补剂的基本成分包括动植物提取物、维生素、微量营养素等，目前也有多种复合营养补剂综合配比基本成分。本文对营养补剂的作用机理及其在脱发疾病中的应用进展做一综述。
