    [摘要]瘢痕是一种以胶原蛋白过度沉积为特征的胶原纤维增生性疾病，单纯的药物治疗难以达到预期效果，手术切除会产生新的瘢痕，目前，对瘢痕的治疗有内治法和外治法，近年研究发现，联合治疗比单一治疗效果更好，针灸疗法作为中医外治法之一，具有对瘢痕部位疏通经络、活血祛瘀的作用，并且在与其他方法联合治疗中取得了较好疗效。本文就火针、针刀及艾灸等针灸方法在瘢痕临床治疗中的应用进展进行综述。

    Progress of Clinical Research on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Assisted Treatment of Scar

    Abstract： Scar is a dermal fibroproliferative disease characterized by excessive deposition of collagen. Medication alone cannot achieve the desired effect. Surgical resection will produce new scars. At present， the treatment of scars includes internal and external treatments. In recent years， studies have found that combined treatment is more effective than single treatment. As an external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine， acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of Chinese medicine can dredge the meridians， activate blood and remove blood stasis on the scar lesions.
