    [摘要]脂肪移植是美容和重建外科中的重要手术，但传统的脂肪移植术后脂肪存活率并不高。为提高移植术后脂肪存活率，众多学者发现细胞辅助脂肪移植技术在增加移植脂肪存活率方面具有良好的前景，可增加移植物的体积保留率以及改善移植物的组织学形态。本文旨在回顾该技术的原理、有效性、安全性等问题，对该技术近年来的发展状况进行总结。

    Abstract： Fat transplantation is an important procedure in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery，but the fat survival rate after traditional fat transplantation is not high.In order to improve the fat survival rate after transplantation， researchers found that cell-assisted lipotransfer technology has good prospects in increasing the survival rate of transplanted fat，which can increase the volume retention rate of the graft and improve the histological morphology of the graft.
