    [摘要]白癜风是发生于皮肤黏膜部位的一种以色素脱失为特征的疾病，常用的治疗方法有药物、光疗、中医中药及外科疗法等，临床疗效不甚理想，个体差异较大。随着激光美容和微创技术的发展，点阵CO2激光技术已被应用于白癜风的治疗，为白癜风治疗提供了新手段，拓宽了思路。本文就点阵CO2激光治疗白癜风的应用进展综述如下。

    Abstract： Vitiligo is a disease characterized by depigmentation that occurs in the skin and mucous membrane.The common treatment methods include drug therapy， phototherapy，traditional Chinese medicine，surgical treatment，etc.The clinical effect is not ideal and the individual differences is large.With the development of laser beauty and minimally invasive technology，fractional carbon dioxide laser has been applied to the treatment of vitiligo，which provides a new method and broadens the thinking.This paper summarizes the research progress of fractional carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of vitiligo. ......
