    [摘要]随着互联网购物、电商直播等新型美容消费模式的兴起，化学剥脱术及相关产品，尤其是高浓度果酸类产品，因其功效强、见效快成为了消费者热衷的美容消费热点。然而，由于对此类产品作用机制和临床使用方法理解不深，消费者使用不当导致“烂脸”的案例在新闻报道中屡见不鲜，同时在医患纠纷中对此类产品管理属性的明确仍不清晰。本文系统梳理果酸类产品的临床应用、作用机制、使用风险以及国内外监管政策要求，并结合国内实际探讨高浓度果酸类产品的合理监管路径，为进一步规范美容类产品的监管提供有关思路。
