    [摘要]目的：探讨面部注射美容导致皮下结节性病变的一种合理、有效的救治策略。方法：对2014年4月-2019年4月解放军总医院第四医学中心收治的13例面部美容注射导致皮下结节性病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，患者均为女性，年龄18～55岁，均有注射美容病史，皮下结节累及颞部、颊部、额部、鼻唇沟、颏部、鼻背部共24处，根据面部美学分区设计清创范围进行适度清创治疗。结果：13例患者经住院手术治疗，术后恢复良好。随访6个月～4年，面部无组织缺损，保持正常面部外观，患者满意。结论：将美容注射导致的皮下结节按面部美学分区位设计手术清创范围，术中对病变周围组织损伤小，术后患者恢复快，不影响面部整体轮廓，患者易于接受，术后满意度高。
