    [摘要]目的：觀察基于护理美学的多元化干预对翼状胬肉切除术患者术后疼痛和眼部美观满意度的影响。方法：选取2020年1月-2022年1月在笔者医院进行翼状胬肉切除术的152例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各76例，两组患者均由同一组医生实施手术，对照组术后采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用基于护理美学的多元化干预，比较两组术后疼痛、眼部美观满意度、术后舒适度及视觉功能。结果：干预7 d、14 d后，两组患者视觉模拟评分量表(Visual analogue scale，VAS)评分均降低，且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；干预4周后，观察组眼部美观总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)，眼部各症状(不自主流泪、畏光、刺激感、烧灼感、眼部刺痛、睁眼困难等)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)，两组患者裸眼视力(Uncorrected visual acuity，UCVA)、角膜曲率均升高，角膜散光度(Corneal astigmatism，CAD)均降低，但两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：基于护理美学的多元化干预可减轻翼状胬肉切除术患者术后疼痛，提高眼部美观满意度及舒适度，改善患者视力情况。
