    [摘要]睑黄瘤是一种在上眼睑内眦处形成的柔软的黄色丘疹或充满胆固醇的斑块。几种疾病与睑黄瘤的出现有关，包括高脂血症、糖尿病和甲状腺功能障碍等。睑黄瘤是由单核和多核泡沫细胞浸润并聚集于浅表网状真皮的脂质空泡内引起的。由于其发病位置的特殊性，对患者面容影响尤其明显，患者治疗愿望强烈。目前存在不同的治疗方式，如简单的手术切除、冷冻治疗、三氯乙酸化学剥离、射频和激光等。本文将从睑黄瘤的病因、特点及治疗进展对其做简要的回顾和综述。

    Abstract： Xanthoma palpebrarum is a soft yellow papule or cholesterol-filled plaque that forms on the inner canthus of the upper eyelid. Several diseases are associated with the appearance of xanthomas palpebrarum，including hyperlipidemia， diabetes， and thyroid dysfunction. Xanthomas palpebrarum is caused by mononucleated and multinucleated foam cells infiltrating and accumulating within lipid vacuoles of the superficial reticular dermis.
