    [摘要]随着种植技术的发展，有关种植手术中微创操作及术后美学的研究不断增加。拔牙位点牙槽骨的吸收变化和种植过程及术后美学效果息息相关。经过若干年的发展，即刻种植被认为是拔牙术后保存牙槽骨的主要手段。目前，临床常采用传统的外科手术方法，例如利用骨移植材料等充填拔牙窝来实现拔牙位点保存，但这些手术方法的远期效果难以预估，同时手术的创伤也给患者带来了生理和心理的双重压力。根片屏障技术(“Socket-shield”technique)可以通过保留一部分的唇颊侧根片组织，从而维持唇颊侧牙槽骨水平的稳定。本文就近年来根片屏障技术在前牙美学区即刻种植中的应用现状及发展进行总结。

    Application of“Socket-shield” Technique in Single Tooth Immediate Implantation of Anterior Maxilla Eriormaxilla

    Abstract： With the development of implantology， much more attention is focused on minimally invasive and esthetic outcome. Immediate implant placement has been studied for many years and was considered main approach for preserving dimensions of the alveolar ridge after tooth extraction which greatly limit implantological rehabilitation options and compromise the esthetic outcome. Traditional surgical methods to control remodeling are unpredictable and be always quite invasive and stressful to the patient. However the "socket-shield" technique (SST) puts forward a new idea which keeps a segment of the residual root to keep the level of the alveolar ridge due to its maintenance of the periodontal ligament and the provision of nutritional and functional stimuli.In this paper ......
