[摘要]目的：探究专科护士主导的可视化健康教育在唇腭裂手术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2020年2月-2023年1月笔者医院收治的95例唇腭裂手术患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，其中对照组(n=48)采用常规健康教育进行干预，观察组(n=47)采用专科护士主导的可视化健康教育进行干预，比较两组健康知识知晓情况、心理状况、语音清晰度及生活质量。结果：干预3个月后，观察组健康知识情况评分和知晓率均高于对照组，心理行为状态各评分均低于对照组，语音清晰度评分高于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对唇腭裂手术患者采用专科护士主导的可视化健康教育进行干预可提升患者健康知识知晓率、改善心理行为状态与语音清晰度，同时提升患者生活质量，值得临床推广。
