[摘要]目的：观察线雕提眉术在眶周年轻化治疗中的临床应用效果。方法：选取40例就医者，均为女性，年龄40～60岁，于就医者眉上部位皮下脂肪层按照三角形状埋入悦升提眉线，每侧一根，将额部下垂的皮肤上推，眉毛达到眶骨上缘并被线材固定，将多余线材向上固定后剪除多余的缝线。结果：就医者上面部皮肤软组织松弛下垂得到改善，眼尾下垂缓解，眉眼间距增加，额部及眼周细纹减少。结论：线雕提眉术可提升松垂的眶周皮肤软组织，创伤小，并发症少，恢复期短，值得推广。
