[摘要]病理性牙移位(Pathologic tooth migration，PTM)是指维持牙齿正常关系的力破坏时发生的牙齿位置的改变，严重影响牙齿的功能及美观。PTM是多因素引起的临床症状，其具体机制尚未明确，治疗较为棘手。本文从牙周支持组织损坏、牙合力的改变、口唇肌软组织异常等三个方面对PTM的病因进行综述，并从单纯牙周治疗和多学科联合治疗等方面进行总结，以期对后续的研究及临床治疗提供一定的理论依据。
