[摘要]中医治疗痤疮一直具有较好的临床疗效，但其作用机制尚未完全明确，本文对近年来中医治疗痤疮的药理研究及临床文献进行总结和归纳，从中医内治法、外治法两个角度出发，针对不同的内服方剂、外用制剂、火针、刺络拔罐及中药面膜，对治疗痤疮的不同作用机制加以阐释，以便能更好地为临床用药提供参考。
