    [摘要]面部过敏性皮炎是皮肤科常见疾病，发病率呈逐年递增趋势，王光安副教授从气机角度论治该病，疗效显著。文章基于《黄帝内经》气机升降理论，通过对相关治疗案例的分析，探讨王光安副教授应用“脾胃归元针法”治疗面部过敏性皮炎的临床经验，以期为针刺治疗该病提供理论依据与临床思路。
