    [摘要]目的：探討养肤润肠汤治疗表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor，EGFRI)相关皮肤毒性反应的疗效及对美观性的影响。方法：纳入2016年11月-2019年11月笔者医院收治的EGFRI相关皮肤毒性反应患者90例，以随机数字法分为对照组与观察组各45例，对照组使用莫匹罗星软膏涂抹患处(每日3次)，观察组在对照组基础上加用养肤润肠汤(每日1付，分早晚2次服用)，均连续治疗14 d。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候评分、皮肤生理指标(油脂含量、皮肤含水量)、安全性及皮肤美观性评分。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率(93.33% vs 77.78%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组皮疹、瘙痒、痤疮、干燥中医证候积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后两组的皮肤含水量均较治疗前较升高，且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，两组油脂含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组皮肤美观性评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显肝肾功能异常及不良反应发生。结论：养肤润肠汤能明显提高EGFRI相关皮肤毒性反应的临床治疗效果，改善皮肤生理功能及皮肤美观性，安全性好。
