    [摘要]目的：探讨船形减张缝合对于张力较大创面术后愈合状态的影响。方法：選取2021年1月-2022年6月于笔者科室就诊的40例张力较大创面患者，按缝合方式的不同分为对照组(n=20，运用改良全埋没垂直褥式缝合法)和实验组(n=20，运用船形减张缝合法)。统计比较两组术后创口愈合情况及患者满意度。结果：术后6个月内，实验组术后创口愈合状态优于对照组(P<0.05)，实验组创口再次裂开占比低于对照组(P<0.05)，实验组创口完全愈合只进行1次手术的比例高于对照组(P<0.05)，实验组患者对创口愈合的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对高张力性创口采用船形减张缝合方式进行缝合可有效减张，促进创口愈合，减少术后裂开的风险，患者满意度高。
