    [摘要]目的：探讨应用大面积横向推进皮瓣修复颜面侧较大皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法：2015年1月-2021年12月，笔者医院收治的12例单侧颜面侧较大体表良性肿瘤和瘢痕切除术后患者，颜面侧皮肤缺损平均宽度为5.2 cm。通过创面两侧广泛皮下分离，横向推进，未做皮肤扩张，即完成创面覆盖，从而达到修复的目的。结果：所有患者经6个月～5年随访，切口均愈合良好，无明显瘢痕增生，远期无眼睑外翻等并发症。仅1例患者术后出现切口边缘良性肿物复发，通过再次手术切除后痊愈。结论：应用广泛皮下游离的大面积横向推进皮瓣修复颜面侧较大皮肤缺损，无需皮肤扩张，临床疗效较好，是相对理想的修复方法。
