    [摘要]目的：探討火针联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗中重度痤疮的效果。方法：选取2021年6月-2022年10月宣城市人民医院收治的102例中重度痤疮患者作为研究对象，根据就诊次序，按照随机数字表法分为观察组(51例，采用火针联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗)和对照组(51例，采用复方黄柏液湿敷治疗)。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、中医证候积分、皮损情况以及不良反应。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的临床总有效率为96.08%，高于对照组患者的84.31%(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组丘疹、脓疱、结节和瘙痒评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)观察组痤疮数量、大小、颜色、硬度、部位评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：火针联合复方黄柏液湿敷治疗中重度痤疮能够减少炎症因子的释放，提高患者临床疗效，减轻皮损情况，无明显不良反应，安全性较高，值得临床推广。
