    [摘要]目的：探讨正畸联合贴面修复在上前牙宽大间隙病例中的应用。方法：选取笔者医院口腔科2018年1月-2022年1月行修复上前牙宽大间隙的43例患者为研究对象，根据接受的治疗修复方案不同将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统贴面修复，观察组采用正畸联合贴面修复，比较评估两组在修复后即刻及修复后12个月的临床效果。结果：修复后即刻临床效果对比，观察组牙冠形态评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；修复后12个月临床效果对比，观察组牙龈质地、红白美学指数評分、牙冠形态及满意度评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)；与修复后即刻临床效果比较，观察组牙龈质地修复后12个月评分高于修复后即刻，修复后12个月两组修复体颜色评分均高于术后即刻(均P<0.05)。结论：对于上前牙宽大间隙病例的临床修复，正畸联合贴面修复临床效果好，是一种有效可行的方法。
