    [摘要]目的：分析計算机辅助设计与制造(Computer aided design/Computer aided manufacturing，CAD/CAM)树脂暂时冠修复乳前牙大面积缺损的疗效。方法：选取2018年2月-2023年6月于笔者医院进行治疗的108例乳前牙大面积缺损患儿为研究对象，依据入院先后顺序将其分为两组。对照组给予光固化复合树脂充填(n=54)，观察组给予CAD/CAM树脂暂时冠修复(n=54)，观察两组患儿的修复效果。结果：修复后3个月，两组缺损乳前牙修复体表面情况、色泽协调性、边缘密合度、继发龋比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，修复后6个月，观察组缺损乳前牙修复体表面、色泽协调性、边缘密合度、继发龋有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后3个月和6个月，两组缺损乳前牙牙龈炎症比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：CAD/CAM树脂暂时冠在乳前牙大面积缺损修复中的效果较好，较光固化复合树脂充填更能够改善患儿远期预后。
