    [摘要]目的：探討引导式教育训练的综合康复护理在儿童并指畸形矫正术后恢复中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年8月-2021年9月笔者医院收治的69例并指畸形矫正术后患儿，按随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和观察组(34例)。对照组给予常规康复措施，观察组给予引导式教育训练的综合康复护理。干预两个月及3个月后，观察比较两组患儿手功能恢复情况、关节活动度、切口瘢痕及指蹼爬移情况。结果：干预2个月及3个月后，观察组完成Jebsen手功能测试所需时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)，观察组关节活动度优良率较对照组高(P<0.05)，观察组瘢痕评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)，观察组指蹼爬移Withey评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：将引导式教育训练的综合康复护理用于并指畸形矫正术后患儿中，可以促进患儿手功能恢复，提高关节活动度，明显改善其切口瘢痕及指蹼爬移情况。
