    [摘要]慢性创面一直是临床治疗中十分棘手的难题。脂肪干细胞(Adipose-derived stem cells， ADSCs)因来源丰富，分离简单且容易扩增，多次传代后仍能保持其生物学特性等优点，已成为近年组织修复与再生研究的热点，利用ADSCs促进创面愈合也已被证明是一项十分具有前景的治疗策略。本文对ADSCs及其无脂肪细胞衍生物促慢性创面愈合的研究现状进行综述，以期为今后深入研究和临床应用提供参考。
