    [摘要]脂肪移植是外科治疗组织缺损、凹陷的重要治疗手段，脂肪细胞具有来源丰富、良好的组织相容性等优点，成为了整形外科治疗的一个重要手段。但是，传统的脂肪移植存在移植物存活率低、术后效果不稳定等局限，随着细胞辅助脂肪移植的发展，脂肪移植的存活率有了一定的提高，却没有根本解决高吸收率的问题，且可能存在致瘤等潜在风险。脂肪干细胞外泌体的发现有望改变这一现状。
