    [摘要]白癜风是一种由于皮肤黑素细胞缺失而后天获得的色素脱失性皮肤疾病。白癜风严重影响患者自身的健康、形体、容貌和其他社会生活质量。本文基于目前白癜风的病因病机研究分析及白癜风的中医、西医和中西医结合临床治疗方法做以总结，以期给予白癜风的临床治疗及进一步研究提供参考。
