    [摘要]目的：探讨无水乙醇灌洗联合聚多卡醇泡沫硬化治疗颈部巨囊型淋巴管畸形的临床效果及并发症。方法：回顾性分析笔者医院2017年10月-2023年2月收治的共19例颈部巨囊型淋巴管畸形患儿，其中男10例，女9例，年龄37 d～12岁，平均35个月，体重4.2～48 kg，平均13.66 kg。10例位于左颈部，9例位于右颈部，9例合并囊内出血。先行无水乙醇反复灌洗囊腔，再行聚多卡醇泡沫硬化治疗，观察不良反应，随访至少6～12个月，评价治疗效果。结果：19例患儿中3例进行2次治疗，所有患儿均取得良好的治疗效果，但也出现如术区肿胀、发热等不良反应。结论：无水乙醇灌洗联合聚多卡醇泡沫硬化治疗儿童颈部巨囊型淋巴管畸形效果良好，安全性高，值得临床推广。
