    [摘要]目的：探討睑袋整形中改良肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术的效果及对并发症影响。方法：回顾性分析2020年7月-2022年6月于笔者医院接受传统肌皮瓣法睑袋整形术的53例患者临床资料，纳入传统组，回顾性分析同期于笔者医院接受传统肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术的55例患者临床资料，纳入联合组。比较两组患者临床指标、临床疗效[睑袋程度评分、下睑皮肤皱纹(Fitzpatrick皱纹分级评分)、泪沟(Barton分级评分)]，统计患者满意度及并发症发生情况。结果：联合组手术时间长于传统组，但眼部外观恢复时间、住院时间短于传统组(均P<0.05)；术后2个月，两组患者睑袋程度评分、Fitzpatrick评分及Barton评分均较治疗前降低，且联合组低于传统组(均P<0.05)；联合组患者术后满意度高于传统组，并发症发生率低于传统组(均P<0.05)。结论：改良肌皮瓣法结合眶隔固定术在睑袋整形术中效果显著，能够促进患者术后恢复，提高患者满意度，减少并发症发生。

    Effect Analysis of Modified Musculocutaneous Flap Combined with Orbital Septopexy in Eyelid Plastic Surgery

    Abstract： Objective? To explore the application effect of modified musculocutaneous flap combined with orbital septum fixation during pouch plastic surgery and its influence on complications. Methods?
