    [摘要]目的：探讨微种植体支抗矫治双颌前突的临床疗效及对患者软组织侧貌和鼻唇颏协调性的影响。方法：回顾性分析2017年4月-2020年11月笔者医院就诊的60例双颌前突患者的临床资料，将采用传统口外加强支抗的30例患者纳入B组，将采用微种植体支抗的31例患者纳入A组，比较两组矫治时间、头影测量项目及牙周炎性微环境变化。结果：A组拔牙间隙关闭时间、矫治时间均短于B组(P<0.05)；治疗后，A组U1-Ll角大于B组，U1-NA角小于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后，A组上、下唇突距(UL-E线、LL-E线)大于B组(P<0.05)；A组颏唇沟深度、鼻唇角、颏沟倾角大于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月，A组龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数水平低于B组(P<0.05)；A组牙周组织白介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶-2/-9、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于B组(P<0.05)。結论：微种植体支抗对双颌前突具有明显正畸作用，和传统口外加强支抗比较，患者颜面部外侧貌与美学标准更相符，对牙周环境的刺激较小，同时可在一定程度上缩短矫治时间。
