    [摘要]目的：利用Meta分析观察新型超分子水杨酸联合火针治疗痤疮的临床有效性和安全性。方法：检索the Cochrane Library、Pubmed数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI中国知网、维普、万方数据库，纳入新型超分子水杨酸联合火针治疗痤疮的随机对照治疗(Randomized controlled trial，RCT)，并进行方法学质量评价，采用RevMan 5.4软件对总有效率进行统计分析。结果：9篇RCT文献纳入本项研究，累计病例612例。Meta分析结果显示新型超分子水杨酸联合火针治疗痤疮总有效率[RR=1.13，95%CI(0.32，0.69)，P<0.000 01]。结论：新型超分子水杨酸联合火针治疗痤疮总有效率较高，优于单纯使用新型超分子水杨酸组。
