    [摘要]目的：比較点阵CO2激光与Nd∶YAG激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的效果。方法：选取笔者医院2021年3月-2022年12月收治的94例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者，依就诊顺序按照数字表法随机分为两组。对照组予以Nd∶YAG激光治疗，观察组予以点阵CO2激光治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗4次后温哥华瘢痕量表评分、凹陷度评分、光滑度评分、整体美学效果、不良反应及面部美观满意度。结果：观察组整体美学效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组总有效率95.74%，显著高于对照组82.98%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后瘢痕评分、凹陷度评分以及光滑度评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组红斑、皮疹、色素沉着、感染等不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者面部美观满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：相较于Nd∶YAG激光，点阵CO2激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕能够更好改善瘢痕症状，提高面部美观度，整体美学效果更好，患者满意度更高。
