    [摘要]伤口愈合是皮肤受伤或感染后修复皮肤屏障的一个复杂生物學过程。伤口愈合不良会导致机体的功能障碍，严重影响患者的生活质量，同时显著增加了患者的经济负担。随着高通量测序技术的发展和成熟，单细胞转录组测序技术因其能精细划分细胞亚群、评估细胞异质性、追踪细胞谱系、识别稀有细胞等独特优势已被广泛应用于生物医学领域中。本文主要综述单细胞转录组测序技术在伤口愈合中的研究进展，旨在为伤口愈合的基础和临床研究提供参考。
