    [摘要]皮肤光老化是指暴露在外的皮肤长期反复受到UV辐射所导致的皮肤干燥、松弛、皱纹、色素不均、色斑等现象。常见的抗皮肤光老化的方法有使用防晒剂、抗氧化剂，但是大多数药物制剂对皮肤有着较强的刺激作用。而传统中医药具有天然及毒副作用小的优势已经在中医美容方面有着悠久的历史，本文就中医药对于皮肤光老化治疗的作用机制展开综述。

    Abstract： Skin photoaging refers to the phenomenon of skin dryness， wrinkles， uneven pigment， spots， and relaxation caused by long-term repeated exposure of exposed skin to UV radiation. Common anti-aging methods include the use of sunscreen and antioxidants， but most chemical agents have strong irritating effects on the skin. Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of natural and small toxic side effects and has a long history in traditional Chinese medicine beauty. This paper discusses the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of skin photoaging. ......
